Back in 1985, Corey Feldman already had an impressive number of acting credits under his belt, and although he was yet to be seen in such classics as The Goonies, Stand By Me or The Lost Boys, parts in Gremlins, Mork & Mindy, Cheers, The Fox and the Hound and various other projects had already resulted in a small fanbase. In August of that year, one such fan - a young girl named Ally who had previously sent a number of adoring letters to her teen-idol - received this very sweet, neatly handwritten letter from then-14-year-old Feldman. True to his word, photographs and other memorabilia followed weeks later.

Dear Allyson,

Thank you for your nice letter. I am surprised that you remember me from so many different things that I've done. By the way, you were right. I have appeared on more than one episode of "Mork and Mindy". In answer to your questions,

1) I have an older sister, Mindy, and two younger brothers, Eden and Devin.

2) I am going into 9th grade.

3) My mother helped me get started in show business by bringing me to auditions when I was 3 years old.

At the moment, I do not have an photos of myself, however if you write back soon, I will be able to send you one.
